From Konus Kessel to Konutherm
Konutherm BV in Nunspeet, Netherlands, originates from the former Dutch branch of Konus Kessel GmbH that was founded in 1966 in Germany. At that time, the former owners had been involved in the design and manufacture of industrial combustion plants for more than six years. In 1973 they entered into a partnership with Buderus, followed in 1986 by Deutsche Babcock and Bertrams Konus GmbH in 1995. Five years later the company started working together with Siemelkamp and changed its name into GekaKonus. Since 2004, the company is being continued from the headquarters in Nunspeet, Netherlands, under the name Konutherm.
